How We Started
Edinburgh Roots, Scotland-Wide Reach
Founded in 2016, Smart Transfers Scotland provides private hire transfers in Edinburgh and across Scotland. From airport transfers and private tours to golf trips and corporate travel, we welcome families, groups and visitors from around the world.
With comfortable vehicles and a friendly and professional service, we aim to make every journey relaxed and enjoyable. Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, our team is dedicated to ensuring you arrive in comfort and on time.
Today, Smart Transfers is the choice of business travellers, visiting dignitaries, and discerning guests who expect more than a car — they expect an experience.
What We Stand For
Our Values
Punctuality
We treat your time as the most valuable commodity. Every journey is planned with precision — flight tracking, traffic monitoring, and proactive communication ensure you are never kept waiting.
Discretion
Our clients include executives, public figures, and private individuals who value their privacy. Confidentiality is not a policy — it is a professional standard we hold ourselves to on every journey.
Comfort
Our fleet is maintained to the highest standard. Immaculate interiors, climate control, and complimentary amenities ensure every journey is as comfortable as it is smooth.
Reliability
Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Whether it is a 3am airport run or a last-minute corporate transfer, Smart Transfers is always ready.
The Team
Professional Drivers
Every Smart Transfer driver is personally vetted, professionally trained, and holds all required licensing. Beyond credentials, we select for character — calm, courteous, and committed to making your journey exceptional.
